We may, however, store such information indefinitely, including the period after which any client relationship has ceased. Such information may be used for any internal purpose, such as quality control efforts or customer analysis. We may also provide all of the types of nonpublic personal information listed above to one or more of affiliated companies. Such affiliated companies include financial service providers, such as title insurers, property and casualty insurers, and trust and investment advisory companies, or companies involved in real estate services, such as appraisal companies, home warranty companies, and escrow companies. Furthermore, we may also provide all the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf, on behalf of our affiliated companies, or to other financial institutions with which we or our affiliated companies have joint marketing agreements.

Even if you are no longer a client, perspective client, website and/or Information line visitor our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you.
Confidentiality and Security
We will use our best efforts to ensure that no unauthorized parties have access to any of your information. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those individuals and entities who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We will use our best efforts to train and oversee our employees and agents to ensure that your information will be handled responsibly and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Maidu Financials Information values. We currently maintain physical and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

What information is generated when you visit MAIDUFINANCIAL.COM Websites or our Information lines?
Our Websites and Information lines utilize Call-Capture and/or Data-Capture technology which automatically give us information about you, such as the phone number you are calling from, your internet connection route and/or other personal information about you or the persons phone or computer you use to access these services. Depending on how you use our Websites or Information lines, certain types of personal and non-personal information may be generated and collected. For example, you may give us your name or e-mail address when you complete a registration screen, press a key on your phone, respond to a question or submit an e-mail to us. Another type of information that may be generated and collected when you use our Websites or Information lines is information that we consider non-personal in nature. The information collected through these features is used to investigate and respond to your inquiries. If you are a client, prospective client, website and/or Information line visitor we may also use the information you provide to update our clients, prospective clients, website and/or Information line visitors records.

In many areas of our Websites, we have included links to other Internet sites which we feel add to or improve the quality of our Websites. While we hope you find these links helpful, we cannot assume responsibility for the privacy practices or the content of any linked site. Therefore, we encourage you to investigate and determine the privacy policy and practices of any linked site prior to providing information to the linked site.
Surveys
We may from time to time create and use surveys on our Websites and Information lines. Most surveys are simple click box or Press a Key surveys where you click a box on the screen or press a number on the phone to indicate your response. However, we may from time to time ask you for your name, email address or demographic information. If a survey does ask you this information, we will use the information to complete the survey, compile statistics and update clients, prospective clients, website and/or Information line visitor records.
Contests
We may from time to time run contests on our Websites and/ or Information lines. If our contests require you to provide personal or demographic information, we will use this information primarily to complete the contest and update clients, prospective clients, website and/or Information line visitor records.
Required by Law
We may disclose information provided by you if we are legally required to do so, such as by court order or subpoena.
Security
WE DO NOT utilize secured Measures OR SERVICES on our websiteS or INFORMATION LINES! If you are concerned about the security of the Internet, our websites or our Information lines; we suggest that you DO NOT provide us with any information thru these services.
Do-not-call requests
Maidu Financial has established and implemented a written policy and procedures for maintaining a do‑not‑call list. It is our company’s intent to honor anyone’s do‑not‑call request in a systematic and timely manner. It is also our intent to fully comply with any and all applicable do‑not‑call rules as a matter of course in our routine business practices. These rules are generally set forth at sections 64.1200 et seq. of Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations pertaining to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991.
Other Products and Services
Although we generally collect and use information to fulfill the stated objective for which the information was requested or collected, we may also provide the information to our subsidiaries so that they may send you information regarding other products or services that may be valuable or interesting to you.
Children's Guidelines
Our Websites and Information lines do not currently attempt to collect or solicit information from persons who are under the age of eighteen. However, given the anonymous nature of the Internet and phone systems, it is possible that someone under the age of eighteen may access our Websites and/or Information Lines and provide us with personal information. From time to time, MAIDU FINANCIAL will use your preferred contact information to send you regular and special communications and publications. For example, clients, prospective clients, website and/or Information line visitors of MAIDU FINANCIAL may receive property information and we will need to access and use your preferred mailing address and/or Email address to send you this information. Preferred contact information as used in this section and the remainder of this privacy policy is the information pertaining to your name, email address, mailing address, telephone and facsimile numbers which you indicate as your contact information to receive communications. For example, you may have indicated your business address as your preferred mailing address and your home telephone number as your preferred telephone number.
